Front Desk Volunteer Application
Front desk volunteers serve as the welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring a positive and organized experience for all visitors. This role involves greeting patients, assisting with enrollment, and managing check-in and check-out processes within the EMR system. The volunteer schedules follow-up appointments, answers incoming calls, and accurately takes and relays messages to appropriate staff. They also support patient communication by making reminder calls about upcoming visits and required documents. In addition, the role includes handling mail and maintaining a clean, organized front desk and waiting area to create a comfortable environment for everyone.
