| The Old Irving Park Community Clinic is a free medical clinic under Illinois law and any health care professional who, in good faith, provides medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice as part of the services of the clinic and receives no fee shall not be liable for civil damages as result of his or her acts or omissions in providing that medical treatment, except for willful or wanton misconduct. |
